We are working with a fast-growing, digitally-led consumer brand operating in an innovative technology space. With a strong focus on e-commerce, content and customer experience, the business is building a trusted and engaging online presence.
They are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive (B2C) to support customer acquisition, drive online sales and strengthen brand engagement across digital channels. This is a varied, hands-on role B2C covering social, performance marketing, SEO and e-commerce, with a growing focus on using AI to improve efficiency and results.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media
Manage day-to-day activity across key social platforms
Create and schedule engaging, on-brand content
Use AI tools to support ideas and identify trendsSEO & Search Visibility
Support website and content optimisation for search
Identify keyword opportunities and content gaps
Monitor performance and suggest improvementsPaid Media
Assist with running and optimising paid campaigns
Track performance against key metrics
Test and refine ad creatives and audiencesCRM & Email
Build and manage email campaigns and automations
Segment audiences and tailor messaging
Optimise campaigns based on performanceWebsite Management
Update website content, products and campaigns
Support improvements to user experience and conversion
Work with internal teams and external partnersContent Creation
Produce content for social, video and blog channels
Use AI tools to support content production
Ensure consistency in tone and messagingDesign
Create basic digital assets for campaigns
Work with designers where needed
Maintain brand consistencyAnalytics & Reporting
Track performance across campaigns and channels
Support reporting and insight generation
Use tools to identify trends and opportunities
About You
Essential:
Minimum 2 years' experience in B2C digital marketing or e-commerce
Experience with paid media, email platforms, CMS and analytics tools
Good understanding of social media and content creation
Familiarity with AI tools for marketing tasks
Strong attention to detail with a commercial mindset
Confident working with internal teams and external partnersDesirable:
Awareness of social and content trends
Experience with behavioural analytics tools
Exposure to multi-channel e-commerce campaigns
