What you ll be doing: Use our Applicant Tracking System (Kallidus) to manage candidate data, track applications, and generate reports Work across Microsoft 365 (Teams, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) to communicate, schedule, and create documents Maintain accurate digital records and support basic data analysis and reporting Use video platforms (e.g. Hinterview) to manage interviews and create digital content Organise and store documents securely using cloud-based systems in line with GDPR Coordinate interviews and manage workflows using digital tools and shared calendars Support improvements to systems and processes to increase efficiency What we re looking for: A positive attitude and willingness to learn Strong communication skills and confidence speaking to people Good organisation and attention to detail Motivation to work towards targets and goals A team player who enjoys helping others succeed No recruitment experience?
