Director – AI Solution Engineer

Location: London

Salary: £140,000 - £180,000 + car allowance + bonus

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced AI Solution Engineer to bridge the gap between industry-focused architects who identify AI opportunities and the engineering teams who bring solutions to life.

In this role, you will shape AI solutions from early-stage concepts through to technical prototypes — ensuring they are both commercially valuable and technically feasible. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will help clients understand how AI can solve real business challenges, demonstrating technical excellence and the art of the possible.

You will work closely with sales teams, architects, and technical specialists to design, validate, and showcase AI and ML solutions using leading hyperscaler platforms.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Support early-stage sales conversations by helping non-technical teams understand AI capabilities and solution options.
• Design, build, and present cloud-based AI prototypes that bring proposed solutions to life.
