This critical leadership role is responsible for achieving Aristocrats objectives by providing financial, analytical and decision support for the region, a key growth pillar for Aristocrat Gaming. What You'll Do The role is both strategic and operational, with key outcomes including: Collaborate with the business to provide strategic and tactical support that guides and influences decision makers. Perform financial modeling and analysis for new market opportunities and strategic initiatives. Drive management reporting and data analysis to deliver insights on financial and sales performance. Manage the annual budget cycle, strategic planning, and forecasting processes. Support the development and delivery of the regions pricing strategy. Lead pricing, deal evaluation, and commercial governance. Implement improvements to planning and reporting processes using relevant technologies. Provide enterprise leadership and foster cross-collaboration to meet operational and financial targets. Partner with regional accounting for accurate month-end closes. Build and maintain a high-performance culture. Identify profit improvement opportunities, including marketing, pricing, product costs, and launches. Work with Distributors on pricing, inventory, and collections. Oversee sales commissions planning and collaboration. Conduct competitive and market analysis for actionable insights. Collaborate across finance and other departments such as sales, marketing, and supply chain. What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree (Master's or MBA preferred). 10+ years of finance experience across various areas. Qualified accountant (CA, CPA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent). Experience in gaming or entertainment industry is a plus. Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial planning tools (e.g., TM1, Anaplan). Personal Attributes Ability to work autonomously and within a matrix environment. Flexibility to work outside UK hours for global collaboration. Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills. Experience in team development and process improvements. Ability to influence senior leaders and translate data into strategies.
