Collaborate with culinary and beverage leaders to elevate menus, strengthenconceptsand drive innovation across all outlets. Support the continued evolution of The Magic Table, ensuring its relevance and distinction in the London market. Enhance the hotel event and private dining offering through thoughtful menu planning, serviceexcellenceand refined execution. Implement strongfinancial managementpractices including forecasting, cost control,profitabilityand revenueoptimisation. Lead training and development initiatives that build capability, enhance luxury servicedeliveryand support long term career growth. Use guest insights and market intelligence to guide continuous improvement and strategic positioning. Champion sustainability, wellbeing and responsible sourcing across all food and beverage operations.
