An outstanding opportunity for a Director of Revenue Management to join a growing, quality-driven hotel group operating within the upscale to luxury hospitality sector.

This is a group-level role with real influence — ideal for a senior revenue professional who thrives on strategy, data, and working closely with owners and executive teams to drive performance across a diverse portfolio.

The Role

You’ll lead the revenue strategy across multiple hotels, acting as a trusted commercial partner to Operations, Sales, Marketing, and Finance.

Key responsibilities include:

• Group-wide pricing, forecasting, and demand strategy

• Total revenue optimisation (Rooms, M&E, Ancillary)

• Distribution, channel mix, and rate integrity

• Budgeting, forecasting, and commercial reporting

• Leading and developing revenue teams

• Driving best-practice use of RMS, PMS, and BI tools

The Ideal Candidate

You’ll be an experienced revenue leader with strong multi-property or cluster experience, ideally from upscale, lifestyle, or luxury hotels.

You’ll bring:

• Senior revenue leadership experience (Director / Head of Revenue)

• Strong commercial and analytical capability

• Confidence operating at exec and owner level

• A collaborative, influential leadership style

• A passion for driving performance and innovation
