This senior leadership role combines technical excellence with strategic collaboration, ensuring our clients receive world-class custom solutions that extend the Unily out-of-the-box product while maintaining strong alignment with our core product roadmap.Main ResponsibilitiesClient Delivery ExcellenceLead the execution of client delivery development projects by managing a team of full-stack engineersDeliver high-quality solutions as an extension of the OOTB product offerings including system integrations, custom widgets, and migration toolingTrain the team on estimation and feasibility analysis best practices and timeline managementEstablish and enforce development best practices, code quality standards, and delivery methodologiesOversee the technical architecture of client engagementsSupport critical build-versus-buy decisions to ensure scalable, maintainable solutionsBuild, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of full-stack and QA engineersFoster a culture of technical excellence, continuous learning, and customer obsessionEstablish career development paths and conduct technical reviews to ensure code standards and alignment to customer requirementsEnsure your team has the tools and support needed to succeedResource Management & Capacity PlanningLeverage resource management strategies, processes and associated toolingPartner to optimize resource utilizationEstablish effective capacity planning frameworks to support management of multiple projects concurrentlyCreate contingency plans to address resource constraints and demand fluctuationsStrategic Collaboration & Product AlignmentEstablish and maintain a robust collaboration framework with Product and Product Engineering teamsParticipate in product roadmap discussions and provide customer insights that inform product directionEnsure Professional Services solutions complement or extend rather than compete with product capabilitiesPartner in defining and implementing information architecture best practices across all client solutions engagementsEnsure consistency in how we structure data, design system integrations, and build extensible solutionsCreate reusable patterns and frameworks that accelerate delivery while maintaining qualityDesign solutions that can evolve with both client needs and product capabilitiesRequirementsExperience10+ years of software engineering experience with at least 5 years in leadership rolesExperience in a SaaS or enterprise software environmentProven track record of leading customer-facing engineering teams in a Professional Services or Solutions Engineering capacityStrong full-stack development expertise with experience in modern frameworks and integration architecturesDemonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with Product Management and Engineering organizationsExperience establishing technical standards, best practices, and governance frameworksExcellent communication skills with ability to engage both technical and business stakeholdersBackground in building migration tools, custom integrations, and extensible widget frameworksTrack record of building reusable frameworks and accelerators for Professional Services teamsExperience balancing customer customization needs with product scalabilityExpertise in software solutions using the .NET Framework, .NET Core/.NET 6+, AngularJS, modern Angular, and ReactExpertise in modern API architectures (REST, GraphQL, webhooks)Experience with cloud platforms and infrastructure-as-codeInterest in and experience with AI-assisted developmentFamiliarity with agile development practices.Interest in DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines.Experience with academic or personal projects involving web development.Exposure to/understanding of Content Management Systems Education & CertificationsBachelor's degree or commensurate experience required (Computer Science background a plus)Advanced certifications a plusAgile certifications (SAFe, Scrum) beneficialTravel RequirementsWillingness to travel occasionally, up to 5-10% as needed, (domestic and international) to support global team and client engagementsLocationFlexible with preference for major business hubs in Europe (GMT/CET) and North America (ET)We are united by a shared purpose and are committed to truly understanding each other.
