As the Supply Chain Planning Director, you will lead a large team responsible for all raw material planning across the EMEA region. This is a strategic role with a significant financial impact. You will also drive the transformation of planning systems and processes, shaping the future of the supply chain function within the organisation. Responsibilities
Lead and develop a team of planning professionals. Oversee material planning across the EMEA region. Ensure material availability to meets target. Minimise costs related to product obsolescence and expedited transport. Collaborate with procurement to manage and improve supplier performance. Lead the transformation of material planning systems, including SAP. Represent the team in the sales and operations planning process. Manage planning for new product development projects. Set and manage raw material inventory targets and strategy.
Requirements
Proven experience in a senior planning role within FMCG. Strong leadership skills, with experience managing senior managers. Expertise in planning for international markets, particularly EMEA. Excellent analytical skills to provide meaningful business insights. Ability to plan and prioritise multiple complex projects effectively. Experience operating and influencing at a strategic level. A degree or equivalent practical experience in a relevant field.
This is a hybird role where you will be expected to be in the office 50% of the time. The salary bracket is from £80,000 - £90,000 + car allowance, bonus and benefits.
