Deals are up to 500m and sweetspot is 150-200m.  

You will be charismatic and entrepreneurial, you will possess deep sector knowledge and strong network amongst founder led, VC and mid-market tech and you will have built up a robust deal execution skillset.  

• Working independently and with other partners, you will help drive M&A deal origination and lead execution on a range of buy-side and sell-side UK transactions
