Responsibilities / Position Overview As the Global Director/Senior Director, Commercial Partnerships, you will support the growth of Lumanity HEOR business with global clients. Reporting to the SVP for Commercial Strategy & Operations, you will focus on achieving sales targets within target accounts, identifying and securing partnership opportunities in health economic and outcomes research (HEOR). Essential Functions Lead strategic goal setting and activities within target accounts to meet sales and revenue targets, mobilizing account teams. Manage client outreach, engagement, onboarding, negotiations, and relationship management to generate new business. Collaborate with technical and consulting teams to position Lumanity services as solutions. Support thought leadership and showcase talent within client accounts. Manage opportunity pipeline to close projects aligned with account plans. Coordinate with Business Development, Operations, and Marketing to support account growth. Develop and implement HEOR Commercial & Operations Strategy and operational systems. Qualifications Strong strategic and commercial acumen with a proven sales or business development track record in pharma, focusing on HEOR/Market Access. Consultative selling mindset, capable of designing tailored solutions. Drive for business growth through opportunity creation within accounts. Excellent communication skills, with ability to manage multiple workstreams. Flexibility to travel and work across time zones. Ability to analyze client data and sales pipelines. Collaborative team player with relationship-building skills. Leadership qualities and decision-making confidence. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
