Dispatch and E-Commerce Coordinator

Our client, a well-established and growing business, is seeking a Dispatch & E-Commerce Coordinator to join their busy operations team in Ipswich. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced warehouse and online retail environment, with strong IT skills and experience in commercial international shipping.

Key Responsibilities:

* Managing daily dispatch operations, ensuring accurate and timely shipment of orders

* Shipping orders daily using DPD and DHL and arranging European and international shipments

* Picking and processing orders via Shopify and eBay

* Updating and maintaining product information on the website

* Receiving goods into the warehouse and maintaining accurate stock control

* Raising commercial invoices and completing all documentation for international dispatches

* Preparing work quotes as required

* Supporting general stores and warehouse duties

Candidate Requirements

* Previous experience in commercial overseas shipping (essential)

* IT literate with confidence using Shopify/eBay platforms

* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

* Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet daily dispatch deadlines

* Comfortable working in a warehouse and operational environment

* A proactive, reliable, and team-focused approach
