Document Controller – Site-Based (Full-Time)

Location: st Pauls Hours: Monday–Friday, 7:30am – 4:30pm Start: ASAP Contract Type: [Permanent]

Overview

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Document Controller to join our team on a 5‑day site-based role. You will be responsible for ensuring all project documentation is accurate, up to date, and managed in line with company and client standards.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage and maintain project documentation using systems such as Aconex, Asite, Viewpoint, 4Projects, or similar.

* Control document flow, ensuring drawings, reports, RFIs and correspondence are correctly logged and distributed.

* Support the site team with administrative duties and compliance documentation.

* Ensure the document register, trackers, and filing systems remain accurate and up to date.

* Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth communication.

* Assist in producing reports and documentation for project meetings.

Requirements

* Previous experience as a Document Controller within construction, engineering, or related sectors.

* Strong organisational skills and high attention to detail.

* Ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced site environment.

* Proficiency with document control platforms (Aconex, Asite, etc.) preferred.

* Confident communicator and team player.
