What You'll Do:

· Assist in the preparation and distribution of reports and records

· Monitor compliance with document control procedures

· Meeting and greeting customers and clients

· Producing documentation for design teams

· Arranging meetings

· Proficient in document management systems and MS Office

· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

· Previous experience in a construction environment is a plus!
