A leading Engineering contractor has an exciting opportunity for a Document Controller to join their team. As a leader in the engineering and construction sector the Document Controller will play a pivotol role in the Commercial Team and will be required to work effectively, be organised and be pro active in their approach to their role. In return you will be offered a competitive salary with an excellent package.
As a Document Controller, you will play a key role in managing the flow of documentation across a major project. You'll be responsible for ensuring accurate version control, maintaining compliance with project protocols, and supporting the wider site and commercial teams with day-to-day document management.
This is a large, dynamic project working for a reputable Tier 1 contractor and as such our client is looking for someone who can start immediately.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the distribution, tracking, and storage of project documents using electronic document management systems.
* Maintain up-to-date records of all incoming and outgoing documents.
* Ensure document control protocols are adhered to in line with company and client requirements.
* Liaise with project manager, engineers, site managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure documentation is complete and up to date.
