Rullion are looking for a Site Document Controller
Looking for your next opportunity in a fast-paced, high-profile energy project? Rullion is recruiting a Site Document Controller to join a major project based in Necton (PE37 8AG).
?? The Role at a Glance
?? Start: ASAP
? Duration: Initial 12 months (potential through to 2027)
?? Pay: £23-£30 per hour (DOE)
?? Hours: 10-hour days, Monday-Friday (optional weekend work)
?? Location: Site-based (must drive - not accessible via public transport)
?? Status: Inside IR35
What You'll Be Doing
You'll play a key role in keeping critical project documentation accurate, up-to-date, and flowing efficiently across teams. Responsibilities include:
Managing and maintaining site documentation via SDI
Controlling, stamping, and distributing construction drawings
Coordinating with project teams using document management systems
Handling incoming/outgoing documents from stakeholders
Supporting redline markups and as-built documentation
Performing general office and admin duties
What We're Looking For
Essential:
Minimum 6+ months' experience in Document Management
Training in Quality Management / Configuration Control
Key Skills:
Strong admin and IT skills (Microsoft Office, SharePoint, EDMS, Aconex, ACC)
Confident communicator with great attention to detail
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Comfortable in a site-based (portacabin) environment
Fast-paced, team-oriented mindset
