Role Overview
Our client is seeking a highly organised and detail‑driven Document Controller to join a small team on a temporary basis for approximately four months. This role is ideal for someone with experience in document management within a construction or engineering environment, who can confidently manage technical documentation, liaise with CAD designers, and maintain accuracy across all project records. You will play a key role in ensuring all drawings, documents, and project information are uploaded, tracked, and maintained correctly within the 4P system.
Key Responsibilities
Upload, manage, and maintain project documentation and drawings within the 4P document control system Ensure all documents are accurately filed, version‑controlled, and distributed to relevant stakeholders Liaise daily with CAD designers, engineers, and project teams to ensure timely receipt and issue of drawings Support the coordination of document workflows, approvals, and updates Maintain document registers and ensure compliance with project standards Assist with general administrative duties related to project documentation Provide document status reports when requiredSkills & Experience Required
Previous experience as a Document Controller (construction background strongly preferred) Working knowledge of 4P is essential.
