️ Multi-Skilled Engineer

Sheffield £31,700 per annum + company van & benefits Full Time | 40 hours per week | Permanent

We’re looking for a reliable and skilled Multi-Skilled Engineer to join our team, delivering high-quality repairs and maintenance across residential properties. This is a hands-on role where customer service and first-time fix are key.

What you’ll be doing

* Carrying out a range of repairs, maintenance, and refurbishment works

* Working across multiple trades (e.g. plumbing, carpentry, plastering, joinery)

* Attending appointments on time and aiming for first-time completion

* Diagnosing faults and organising materials and follow-on works where needed

* Ensuring safe use of tools, equipment, and company vehicle

* Keeping work areas clean, tidy, and safe at all times

* Participating in an out-of-hours emergency rota when required

* Delivering all work to high standards and client expectations

✅ What we’re looking for

* NVQ Level 2 / City & Guilds in a relevant trade (plumbing, carpentry, plastering, joinery etc.)

* Level 2 Multi-Trade qualification (or equivalent experience)

* Valid CSCS card

* Experience in repairs and maintenance within residential settings

* Full UK driving licence
