Key Responsibilities:
Support with daily living activities, including personal care and mobility
Assist with washing, dressing, grooming and toileting
Help with meal preparation and feeding where required
Administer and support with prescribed medication
Carry out light household duties such as cleaning, laundry and shopping
Work alongside healthcare professionals including GPs and district nurses
Maintain accurate care records and follow care plans
Promote independence, dignity and choice at all times
Respond calmly and effectively to changing or emergency situations

Domiciliary Care Worker , you will need:

Flexibility to meet service user needs
Desirable:
NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care or similar
Previous care experience
Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
