My Client, a specialist UK-based Civil and Environmental Engineering Consultancy, is seeking a skilled and motivated Drainage Engineer to join their established Civil Engineering team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a variety of Flood Risk and Drainage projects, contributing to innovative solutions for private sector clients, local authorities, and water companies.

Location: Oxford

Responsibilities As a Drainage Engineer, your key responsibilities will include:

* Producing Flood Risk Assessments (FRA) and Surface Water Management Plans. * Designing foul and surface water drainage systems, including SuDS, using software such as Microdrainage or Flow. * Preparing drainage strategies and detailed designs for residential and other developments. * Collaborating with lead local flood authorities and ensuring compliance with relevant section agreements. * Liaise with Housing Developers, Public and Private Sector Clients. * Supporting the delivery of Civil Engineering projects, including drainage and flood risk solutions. * Working closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure project success.

You are required to have experience working for a UK based consultancy or Local Authority producing Flood Risk Assessments (FRA) and drainage designs using Microdrainage, Flow and AutoCAD (experience with Civils 3D is advantageous).

It is beneficial for applicants to have experience designing access roads and completing residential projects.

You will be required in the office 3 days per week.
