The Role:
Deliver engaging and creative Drama lessons across KS3 and KS4 in line with the National Curriculum
Inspire students to develop confidence, creativity and performance skills
Create a positive, inclusive and supportive learning environment
Track pupil progress and provide constructive feedback
Contribute to extracurricular activities such as drama clubs and school productions
What You'll Need:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in Drama or a related subject (essential)
Recent experience teaching Drama at KS3 and KS4
Strong subject knowledge and curriculum confidence
Effective classroom and behaviour management skills
A genuine passion for performing arts and student development
Ability to engage, motivate and inspire learners
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
