This position is a permanent opportunity As a Driver/Labourer, you will be expected to: Support the scaffolding team in the safe erection, alteration, and dismantling of scaffolds in line with TG standards, PASMA guidance, and site-specific designs. Contribute to ensuring all scaffolds are securely fixed, materials are safely managed, and work is completed to a high standard while consistently following company procedures, risk assessments, method statements, and all Health & Safety requirements. Liaise with clients and site safety personnel, report incidents promptly, maintain and inspect PPE, and uphold the companys commitment to professionalism, equality, diversity, and safe working practices. Develop skills and working towards achieving PASMA Operative or CISRS Scaffolder competencies. To be successful in a driver/labourer role, the skills you will need
: Driving license held for a minimum of 12 months plus class 1 to drive a 7.5 tonne vehicle. Ability to assist in the erect and dismantle of scaffold in a safe compliant manner. Experience working in a scaffold business. Experience of working on various site types. Ability to labour on both Tube and Fit & PASMA Scaffolders. Effective communication at all levels in the business. Commitment to customer care and the provision of a high-quality service. A high level of self-motivation and enthusiasm. Excellent communication skills, able to communicate across multiple channels including Microsoft Teams, Face to Face and Email. To demonstrate The Sovini Groups values in your day-to-day job role
