We’re looking for a confident, experienced leader to manage *two children’s residential homes* supporting young people with *emotional and behavioural difficulties (EBD)*. You’ll oversee the day-to-day running of both homes, ensuring they meet the highest standards of care, compliance, and safety while leading, mentoring, and developing your teams.
