Role: Duty Manager High-End Residential Development (Nine Elms) Schedule: 5 days per week (42.5 hours) Salary: £35,000£40,000 + 28 days holiday Reporting to: Development Manager / General Manager Shift pattern: 07:0016:00 or 13:0022:00 (1-hour unpaid break) We are currently recruiting for 2 Duty Managers with a strong front desk and service-led focus. Ideally coming from a hotel or co-working/workplace background. Key responsibilities: Overseeing day-to-day operations of the development Acting as the main point of contact for residents, visitors, contractors, and team members Leading and managing the on-site team to maintain high service standards Handling disciplinary matters and managing difficult conversations confidently Supporting recruitment, inductions, training plans, and ongoing staff development Ensuring SOPs, procedures, and HR policies are followed consistently Working closely with contractors and internal teams to ensure contracts are delivered effectively Monitoring contractor performance and standards Supporting asset management and mobilisation processes, ensuring tasks are completed and recorded correctly Taking ownership of Health & Safety, identifying...
