Location: Alsager, Cheshire Salary: £50,000 per annum + Pension Contributions Job Type: Full-time, Permanent About the Role We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Duty Solicitor to join our established criminal defence team based in Alsager, Cheshire . This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated solicitor looking to work within a supportive and professional environment, providing high-quality representation to clients across Cheshire and surrounding areas. Key Responsibilities Represent clients at police stations as part of the Police Station Duty Solicitor rota Provide expert legal advice and representation in criminal matters Manage your own caseload efficiently and independently Attend Magistrates Court as required Ensure compliance with SRA and Legal Aid Agency requirements Maintain high standards of client care and professional conduct Requirements Qualified Solicitor with a current practising certificate Duty Solicitor accreditation preferred but can provide training for right candidate.
