Service Care Solutions is working alongside a highly regarded law firm, based in Birmingham and surrounding areas, which is seeking a qualified and experienced Criminal Duty Solicitor to manage a varied caseload of criminal matters, including police station attendances, Magistrates’ Court advocacy, and general criminal defence work.

Key Responsibilities of the Duty Solicitor role:

• Represent clients at police stations, Magistrates’ Courts and, where appropriate, Crown Courts.
• Provide accurate and timely legal advice and advocacy to clients.
• Contribute to the growth of the department through your own client following or business development, if applicable.
