Dynamic Systems Manager – Kent – Hybrid – £45,000–£60,000

VIQU is partnering with a growing renewable energy and sustainability organisation to recruit a Systems Engineer. This is a newly created role, offering the opportunity to take ownership of the company’s internal IT systems as the business continues to scale through organic growth and acquisitions.

This role will suit someone who enjoys variety and responsibility. You will be the sole internal IT professional, acting as the link between the business, a managed service provider, and a Dynamics 365 partner, with a clear pathway to progress into an IT Manager role as the organisation grows.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the internal owner of the Dynamics 365 platform, working closely with the external Dynamics partner

• Drive improvements and optimisation across Business Central, Field Service and Sales Hub

• Support the rollout and adoption of Customer Voice

• Build and maintain business reports and dashboards using Power BI

• Lead Dynamics-specific projects and system enhancements

• Act as the first point of contact for internal IT queries, resolving where appropriate and escalating to the MSP when required

• Manage the relationship with the MSP, including performance, escalation and service delivery

• Support system integration activities related to business growth and acquisitions

Key Requirements

• Experience supporting or administering Dynamics 365 (Business Central, Field Service and/or Sales Hub)

• Around 3+ years’ experience in a Systems Engineer, Applications, ERP or IT support role

• Working knowledge of Power BI reporting and data analysis

• Comfortable working in a broad, hands-on IT role rather than a pure Dynamics consultant position

• Experience working with third-party suppliers or managed service providers

• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage technical and non-technical users

• Proactive, adaptable and keen to develop into a senior IT or IT Manager role
