We are looking for an experienced EA and Office Manager to support the super busy Founder and Creative Director of a high end fashion brand.

\n\n

This role combines high-level Executive Assistant support with project coordination and office management. You will be a trusted extension of the Founder — supporting her across both business and personal — while also working closely with teams across brand, creative, marketing, wholesale, and operations to ensure key projects and day-to-day operations run smoothly.

\nThis is a senior support role for someone who brings structure, discretion, and follow-through to a fast-moving, founder-led environment. You won’t be setting strategy, but you will be critical to making it happen.

Hours:-   Full time with out of hours support when required

\n\n

Location:-   West London with travel

\n\n

Salary:-   £50k-£65k dependent on experience

\n\n

Start Date:-   ASAP

\n\n

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

\n\n

 

\n\n

Founder Support

\n\n
    \n\t
  • Provide high-level calendar management across business and personal commitments, including scheduling, prioritisation, and protecting focus time
  • \n\t
  • Act as a trusted point of delegation for tasks, requests, and cross-functional work from the Founder
  • \n\t
  • Coordinate and support Founder-led priorities across teams
  • \n\t
  • Prepare agendas, briefing notes, and context ahead of meetings
  • \n\t
  • Track decisions, actions, and commitments to ensure clear follow-through
  • \n\t
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel for the Founder
  • \n\t
  • Manage expenses, invoices, and light financial admin 
  • \n\t
  • Anticipate needs, flag clashes, and help the Founder stay organised and focused
  • \n\t

Project Coordination (Execution Support)

  • Support team members with the execution of key projects, including pop-ups, events, wholesale showrooms, shoots, launches, and special initiatives
  • \n\t
  • Assist with timelines, logistics, scheduling, and task tracking
  • \n\t
  • Coordinate internal teams and external partners to keep projects on track
  • \n\t
  • Follow up on actions and deadlines to ensure smooth delivery
  • \n\t
  • Provide hands-on support during busy delivery phases
  • \n

Office Coordination & Management

  • Oversee the smooth day-to-day running of the studio and office
  • \n\t
  • Coordinate office logistics, suppliers, and general organisation S
  • \n\t
  • Support onboarding logistics for new hires and freelancers
  • \n\t
  • Maintain organised shared systems, folders, and documents
  • \n
\n\n

Team Travel & Logistics

\n\n
    \n\t
  • Book and coordinate travel for team members (UK and international)
  • \n\t
  • Support logistics for shoots, events, pop-ups, and offsites
  • \n
\n\n

Candidates must be / have:

\n\n
    \n\t
  • Experience as a PA/EA with exposure to project coordination or operations
  • \n\t
  • Strong work ethic
  • \n\t
  • Thrives in start-up environment
  • \n\t
  • Good spirit
  • \n\t
  • Strong organiser who enjoys supporting others to deliver their work well 
  • \n\t
  • Comfortable juggling logistics, timelines, and multiple stakeholders
  • \n\t
  • Calm, proactive, detail-oriented, and dependable
  • \n\t
  • Confident following up and keeping things moving
  • \n\t
  • Experience in fashion, retail, or creative environments is a plus
  • \n
