Our client, a fast-growing technology firm, are seeking an Executive Assistant to support their CEO. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting a founder-led, high-growth organisation. This position is suited to someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, can juggle shifting priorities and is comfortable operating at pace. You would work closely with senior leadership while helping to ensure the CEO’s time is used effectively across a varied portfolio of responsibilities. This could be a great role for an Assistant looking to take the next step in their career into a C-Suite role, building on their existing experience.  Some hybrid working is available.
 
What you’ll do:
  • Manage a complex and ever-changing diary
  • Provide both business and occasional personal EA support
  • Coordinate meetings, client events and logistics for senior stakeholders
  • Prepare documents, presentations and briefing materials
  • Take ownership of meeting follow-ups, including minutes and actions
  • Liaise with external partners, including senior stakeholders and investors
  • Support companywide meetings and internal communications
  • Help maintain a welcoming office environment
  • Assist with team engagement activities and internal events
  • Contribute to ad-hoc projects across the business
 
What you’ll need:
  • 5+ years supporting senior level executives
  • Background in a fast-paced or high-growth environment
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Extremely discreet and have experience handling confidential information
  • Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure
  • A proactive, flexible approach with a positive, team-focused mindset
  • Willingness to be flexible with working hours when needed
