EA to CEO

Salary: £50,000 to £60,000 + bonus + benefits + WFH 

Location: Hertford 

A newly created and dynamic EA position has come in to support a down-to-earth, highly impressive Entrepreneur/CEO at a scale-up energy firm based in Hertford. With a close-knit team of 10 people, you will be the sole support, primarily supporting the CEO with all traditional EA duties as well as ensuring the office runs smoothly. A firm that offers hybrid working, you will be working at a firm that truly values their employees and works extremely well together.  

The responsibilities:

  Diary and meeting management  

  \n\t
\n\t
• \n\t

  Managing logistics for all travel arrangements – flights, accommodation  

  \n\t
\n\t
• \n\t

  Events management – coordination of events for clients and internal teams 

  \n\t
\n\t
• \n\t

  Relationship management/Point of contact 

  \n\t
\n\t
• \n\t

  IT: Software sourcing, IT enquiries 

  \n\t
\n\t
• \n\t

  Office Management: Maintenance, liaising with suppliers, and office supplies 

  \n\t
\n

The ideal candidate will have:  

\n\t
• \n\t

  Ideally, immediately available or on a one-month notice period  

  \n\t
\n\t
• \n\t

  Around 4 – 5 years of previous EA experience with professional services  

  \n\t
\n\t
• \n\t

  Located in or around Hertford, to easily commute to the office 

  \n\t
\n
