What you’ll be doing day to day:

• Extensive diary management
\n\t
• Liaising with external clients and internal teams for meeting & VC organisation
\n\t
• Organising global travel arrangements and expenses
\n\t
• Producing/editing correspondence, reports, and presentations
\n\t
• Organising team and department meetings and events/offsites
\n\t
• Working closely with other EAs, providing support to each other
\n

The skills you need to bring:

• 5+ years’ EA experience within financial services, preference for investment or asset management, client-facing division
\n\t
• Ability to work productively and collaborate with others
\n\t
• Strong and confident communication skills
\n\t
• Desire to be part of a successful, high-performing team
\n\t
• Experience booking global travel
\n\t
• Ability to work to deadlines
\n\t
