Job Description
Experienced EA required to provide first class support to a Producer and Founder of leading Talent Management Company.
\n\nThis is an extremely busy and challenging role providing right hand support to the principal alongside his PA, you will oversee all diary and travel management, co-ordinate complex and ever changing schedules and ensure his every day runs smoothly.
\n\nYou will have experience of a similar senior role supporting at Founder, CEO or Management level - whilst having worked directly with Talent from the music or entertainment industry would be beneficial, a finance, corporate or tech background would also be considered.
\n\nThis is not a 9am to 5pm role and requires complete commitment and dedication to the principal, so flexibility is key and the you must be available to travel (sometimes for 1 or 2 months at a time) when required.
\n\nHours:- Full time with out of hours support across multiple time zones
\n\nLocation:- London with travel when required
\n\nSalary:- £75k-£95k dependent on experience
\n\nStart Date:- ASAP
\n\nInterviewing:- immediately
\n\nResponsibilities include, but not limited to:
\n\n- \n\t
- Extensive Diary and Travel management across multiple time zones \n\t
- Complex itinerary and schedule planning \n\t
- Act as gatekeeper and first point of contact to the principal always ensuring the most productive and efficient use of his time \n\t
- Liaise with clients, artists and other industry professionals as well as the principals wider network \n\t
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism \n\t
- Proactively identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency \n\t
- Work closely with the PA to ensure professional and private commitments align \n\t
- All round administrative and organisational support \n
Candidates must be / have:
\n\n- \n\t
- Previous experience as an Executive Assistant at a senior level \n\t
- Music or Entertainment industry experience and knowledge \n\t
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively \n\t
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills \n\t
- Strong IT skills \n\t
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and work under pressure \n\t
- Confidentiality and discretion at all times \n
