EA/PA to CEO
New Yesterday
*About us*
A family run multi-million-pound investment group. Based in London with offices in Dubai.
*What we do*
Find ways to create value (make money) whilst constantly learning. We aim to continually develop so that we can become the best version of ourself; which is also great for the business. We definitely have some fun along the way!
*How do we create value?*
We find property & investment deals. This can include land that we obtain planning permission on or refurbishing older properties. We also invest in other companies.
*How will I learn?*
Training is important. You will have lots of opportunity to improve existing skills and learn new ones. A training budget will support your personal development.
*Will I get to travel ?*
Yes! Our Dubai office has great views and is popular with the team.
*What will my role involve?*
Entrepreneurs lead varied and exciting lives. The admin and PA team support a family of entrepreneurs in all aspects of their business and personal lives. No two days are the same!
Working alongside the Directors you will have the opportunity to get involved in everything they do. This is best way to learn about and experience the cut and thrust of business first-hand.
The beauty of this role is that it is flexible. It can evolve over time as we all figure out what we like doing, what we are good and doing (or where we could improve) and what needs to be done as opportunities arise.
Broadly there will be three aspects to the role:
General PA duties – diary management, travel bookings, organisation of correspondence, medical appointments, researching & negotiating purchases as well as supporting the Directors and their families in all aspects of their busy lives
Property related – searching for and analysing opportunities, supporting purchases, liaising with professionals such as architects, surveyors, insurers and builders, managing tenants and rent collections, property maintenance checks and repairs
Projects – these will vary but past examples include overseeing renovations, negotiating large purchases, running corporate events (eg in Paris, Nairobi or Dubai)
*What type of person will this suit?*
If you have always stood out amongst your friends as the one who is ambitious, who never takes no for an answer, who gets things done and is prepared to have a go at anything… this opportunity will be for you.
If you thrive on hard work, multi-tasking, variety in your daily life and a fast pace you will not be disappointed.
A positive, bubbly, flexible mindset will be helpful. Being comfortable with confidentiality is a must.
*What experience do I need?*
· ESSENTIAL: office administrative experience (min 3 years)
· DESIRED: PA or EA experience (min 2 year)
· DESIRED: Property management experience (min 2 year)
· ADVANTAGEOUS: Real Estate Agency experience (min 1 year)
