What you’ll be doing:
Planning and delivering high-quality, inspiring lessons.
Creating a positive, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment.
Supporting and motivating pupils of all abilities.
Managing behaviour effectively.
Building strong relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues.
What we’re looking for:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent (PGCE, Cert Ed, etc.).
Strong knowledge of the National Curriculum.
The ability to teach mixed-ability groups effectively.
