As a Level 3 Early Years Educator Apprentice , you will be supported by experienced practitioners who are passionate about mentoring and helping apprentices grow into confident early years professionals. What Youll Be Doing As an apprentice, you will: Support children at different stages of development and abilities , ensuring every child feels valued and supported.

Help create a calm, stimulating and prepared learning environment inspired by the Montessori approach.

Encourage childrens independence through hands-on activities and exploration .

Support daily routines including meal times, outdoor play, and personal care.

Observe and support childrens individual development and learning journeys.

Work closely with experienced staff who will mentor and guide you throughout your apprenticeship .

Commitment to completing the full apprenticeship programme.

Apprenticeship Details Hours: 8:30am to 4:00pm, Monday to Thursday, and 8:30am to 1:30pm on Fridays

Salary: £8.00 per hour
