This role offers the opportunity to work across a range of age groups, supporting children to play, learn, and develop in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage. Planning and delivering activities tailored to each childs stage of development and interests Key Person Responsibilities:

Acting as a key worker for a group of children, maintaining accurate learning and development records Safeguarding Practice:

Following safeguarding procedures to ensure childrens welfare, safety, and wellbeing at all times Parental Engagement:

Building and maintaining strong, positive relationships with parents and carers Team Collaboration:

Working effectively with colleagues to support a positive, inclusive nursery environment Care Routines:

Supporting personal care routines including meal times, toileting, and nappy changing Health and Safety:

Accurately recording observations, accidents, and relevant information in line with nursery procedures Flexibility and Support:
