Pay rate: £250 per day (Inside IR35)
Contract: 13th April - End of Academic Year
Type: On-site full-time | 4 days teaching + 1 day leadership time

Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and driven Early Years specialist to take on an interim leadership role across Nursery and Reception. This position combines classroom teaching with strategic leadership, focusing on improving EYFS outcomes, enhancing provision, and mentoring staff within the phase.

Responsibilities:
Lead the Early Years provision across Reception and Nursery
Deliver high-quality teaching within a Reception class (4 days per week)
Drive improvements in EYFS outcomes, particularly Good Level of Development (GLD)
Implement and model effective phonics teaching (e.g., Little Wandle)
Develop and enhance continuous provision across EYFS
