Early Years Lecturer Assessor Location: West London Salary: up to £45,260 FTE Job Type: Part time This role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to the development of our learners, preparing them for industry. Day-to-day of the role of an Early Years Lecturer Assessor: Train and assess Work Based Learning learners and Apprentices within the workplace to determine their occupational competencies. Teach on qualifications ranging from NCFE Level 2 to Level 3 in the Early Years sector. Monitor and support learners' progress across their study programmes. Engage with current courses offered for full-time students, including NCFE Level 1 and Level 2 Diplomas, as well as T Levels Early Years Educator with the Assisted Teaching Pathway. Oversee Apprenticeship courses, including NCFE Level 2 and Level 3 Diplomas for Early Years Practitioner and Early Years Educator Standards Apprenticeship. Required Skills & Qualifications for the Early Years role: Minimum of a Level 3 NVQ/VRQ qualification in Early Years/Teaching Assistant (preferably a degree in the relevant subject).
