As an Early Years Practitioner, you'll play a key role in:

Creating safe, stimulating learning environments
Supporting phonics, early maths and communication development
Encouraging independence through structured play
Supporting children with additional needs where required
Ensuring safeguarding and welfare standards are maintainedThe successful Early Years Practitioner will be hands-on, organised and genuinely passionate about Early Years education.

What Havering Nurseries Are Looking For

Level 2 or Level 3 Childcare qualification (essential)
Experience working in a nursery or EYFS classroom
Strong understanding of child development
Reliable and professional approach
