Key Responsibilities:

Support the class teacher in delivering engaging, age-appropriate activities following the EYFS framework. Work 1:1 or with small groups to encourage development in language, literacy, numeracy, and social skills. Help create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environments for all children. Observe and record progress, helping to plan next steps for learning. Assist with personal care and follow routines, ensuring children feel secure and supported. Promote positive behaviour, inclusion, and independence throughout the day. Job Requirements:
