Reeson Education is currently recruiting a dedicated Early Years Teaching Assistant to join welcoming and well-resourced primary schools across the borough of Enfield, including Edmonton, Palmers Green, Southgate and Enfield Town.

This Early Years Teaching Assistant role is ideal for someone passionate about supporting children in Nursery or Reception and confident working within the EYFS framework.

The Role - Early Years Teaching Assistant

As an Early Years Teaching Assistant, you will:

Support children in Nursery or Reception with structured play-based learning
Assist with phonics, early maths and communication activities
Help manage classroom routines and transitions
Support children with additional needs where required
Work closely with the class teacher and EYFS leadSchools are looking for a proactive Early Years Teaching Assistant who understands the importance of early development and can help build strong foundations in literacy, numeracy and social skills.
