EC&I Engineer
New Yesterday
As a Senior EC&I Engineer , youll report directly to the Engineering Manager and play a critical role in ensuring plant reliability, compliance, and continuous improvement. Youll work across multi-million-pound projects, supporting maintenance, fault-finding, and process control upgrades, all while maintaining strict adherence to COMAH, ATEX, DSEAR, and functional safety regulations.
Senior EC&I Engineer Requirements:
Degree (or HNC/HND) in Electrical, Control & Instrumentation Engineering
510 years EC&I experience in high-hazard chemical, petrochemical, or industrial environments
Expertise in process control (PLC, DCS), instrumentation, and functional safety
Knowledge of ATEX/DSEAR and COMAH regulations
Proficiency in electrical design, SIL verification, and compliance
