Role: eCommerce Account Manager (FMCG) Salary: 45-60k, d.o.e Location: Old Trafford, Manchester

We are partnering with a well established FMCG organisation to appoint an eCommerce Account Manager to help accelerate performance across online retail channels. This role will sit within the commercial function and will be responsible for unlocking growth through strong retailer partnerships, effective online execution, and continuous optimisation of the digital shelf. The successful candidate will take a hands-on approach to managing online accounts, balancing strategic planning with day-to-day trading activity. You will play a key role in shaping how the brand shows up online, using insight, data and collaboration to drive commercially sustainable results.

The Role

Own the commercial performance of selected online retail partners, with accountability for sales delivery and margin outcomes

Build and maintain effective trading relationships, influencing plans and priorities across digital platforms

Translate commercial objectives into clear online activation plans and ensure they are delivered at pace

Identify opportunities to improve visibility, conversion and shopper experience across retailer websites

Use performance data to diagnose issues, track progress and inform future actions

Act as the central link between sales, marketing and supply chain to ensure joined-up execution

What You'll Bring

Proven experience working in eCommerce, online sales or FMCG account management

A solid understanding of how online retailers operate and how shoppers behave in digital environments

Confidence working with data, drawing insight from performance metrics and making informed recommendations

A structured, organised approach with the ability to juggle multiple priorities

Strong communication skills and the credibility to influence both internal teams and external partners
