to lead the online retail strategy for

in the UK and internationally.
This is a fantastic opportunity to shape the digital presence of an iconic luxury fashion brand, based in the
London
office.
Main responsibilities will include:
Defining and executing the ecommerce strategy to drive growth and profitability.
Managing website trading, seasonal launches, promotions, and optimisation to enhance customer experience and conversion.
Leading performance marketing campaigns and CRM initiatives to attract, retain, and grow the customer base.
Tracking ecommerce KPIs, delivering actionable insights, and driving data-led improvements.
Ensuring excellence in digital merchandising, brand storytelling, and luxury presentation across all platforms.
Collaborating cross-functionally with merchandising, marketing, creative, and operations teams, while managing and developing a small ecommerce team.
Person specification:
5+ years' experience in Ecommerce management within luxury or premium fashion.
Proven success in driving strong online sales growth.
Strong commercial acumen with the ability to balance performance and brand integrity.
Hands-on knowledge of ecommerce platforms, CMS, and analytics tools (e.g. Shopify Plus, GA4).
Excellent project management, analytical, and communication skills.
