Who are you As a Partner Solution Architect, you'll be instrumental in driving the success of our Ecosystem Marketplace, coordinating partner-related projects from inception to completion. Ensure strict adherence to organizational policies and procedures, maintaining a high standard of operational excellence. Facilitate clear and effective communication among team members, stakeholders, and external partners, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment. Provide regular and transparent project updates to all relevant stakeholders, keeping everyone informed and aligned. Collect and analyze critical data to measure project and operational performance, preparing insightful reports and presenting findings to management to drive continuous improvement. How about you? We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented professional with a passion for optimizing processes and delivering impactful projects. If you thrive in a dynamic environment and possess a strong analytical mindset, you'll be a great fit for our team. 5+ years of professional experience with API implementations, coupled with proven experience in end-to-end project coordination or operations management, ideally within the Banking, Fintech, and/or Financial Services sector. Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Waterfall & Agile) and practical knowledge of process improvement methodologies. Demonstrated experience in a client-facing role, showcasing excellent interpersonal and communication skills. A proactive and self-motivated team player who exhibits strong collaboration, organizational, and time-management skills. A detail-oriented approach with a focus on quality, coupled with an analytical mindset and the ability to effectively solve complex problems.
