Education Adviser Basis: Full-time Are you an exceptional communicator with a passion for high quality education for all? Then we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our Quality Assurance team as an Education Advisor at Fleet Education Services! Part of the dynamic Supporting Education Group, Fleet Education Services is a leading national provider of supplementary and alternative education, specialising in tuition and education management services for councils, schools and other educational establishments across the UK. We are an approved Tuition Provider for the Government's flagship National Tutoring Programme which aims to help disadvantaged children and young people catch up on their education after the impact of Covid. The Education Adviser's key purpose is to be the first line of quality control and ensure that the learners we work with are attending, engaged and progressing within their placements. As an Education Adviser you will work closely with our tutors during their placements and have the opportunity to make a huge impact on a daily basis. You will collaborate with the Quality Assurance team and take responsibility for your own region. You will analyse data driven insights, observe lessons and track outcomes in order to identify areas of improvement or concern.
