Looking for a role where your planning and co-ordination skills help support learning and development? We have an exciting opportunity for an Education Co-ordinator to join our Services and Partnerships Team at the Motor Neurone Disease (MND) Association. You will play a key role in delivering high quality, inclusive education activities. Working closely with the Education Lead to co-ordinate a varied programme of online and in-person events, ensuring they are delivered successfully. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong communication and organisational skills, who is confident working independently, and comfortable with occasional travel and flexible hours.
You will be based from our office in Northampton with the requirement to travel regionally for face-to-face events. We currently host approximately 15 in-person events annually.
Key Responsibilities Support the planning and delivery of online, regional, and national education events Use event platforms to create, promote, and co-ordinate education sessions Manage the education digital survey account (SmartSurvey) to collect feedback and support ongoing improvement Identify and negotiate with accessible venues, including carrying out DEI audits Maintain accreditation standards with professional bodies such as the Royal College of Physicians Attend events and manage pre- and post-event tasks such as communications, attendance, and certificates Oversee the Education and Community of Practice inboxes, responding or escalating as needed Maintain accurate records in the CRM system to support event co-ordination Process the Continued Professional Development fund grant requests and keep related records up to date Work collaboratively with internal colleagues to meet project aims
About You: Excellent organisational and, both verbal and written, communication skills Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships Confident using platforms such as Zoom and EventsAir Planning and co-ordination skills Proactive and able to solve problems on the spot during live events Able to use a range of digital tools and adapt to new systems Customer-focused and committed to delivering a high standard of service Flexible approach, including willingness to travel and work occasional unsocial hours

Hybrid Working and Flexibility: This role offers hybrid working, with the expectation to attend the office a minimum of 1 day per month with flexibility to attend more in line with business requirements. This role also requires travel to in person events nationally and regionally.
