EfW Compliance Contract Manager

As an EfW Compliance Contract Manager at FCC Environment, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of contracted waste into Lostock Sustainable Energy Plant Ltd, ensuring all contractual terms and conditions are adhered to from commissioning through to full operational delivery. Reporting to the Head of Sales, you will manage contract compliance, customer relationships, and support negotiations to ensure waste is delivered in line with Fuel Supply Agreements.

This vacancy is for a full-time position, working five days per week.

What will you be doing?

- Contract management for waste deliveries into Lostock EfW and other FCC EfW facilities - Ensure compliance with all contractual terms and Fuel Supply Agreements - Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and customers - Proactively manage key client and account relationships - Monitor expected versus actual daily deliveries - Support negotiations and contract administration with new and existing customers - Liaise with FCC Legal on contract matters - Attend feedstock delivery and planning meetings as required - Support other EfW contracts across the FCC portfolio when needed

What are we looking for?

- A degree or similar qualification with proven contract management experience - Strong understanding of contractual compliance and complex contracts - At least five years experience in a professional contract-driven environment - Experience delivering contracts to time, budget and specification - Commercial and financial understanding, including budgeting and forecasting - The ability to communicate confidently at senior and board level - Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills
