E&I Manager

New Today

You're an E&I Manager because people trust you.

Not because of your title.
Because you understand it properly.

You've been on site long enough to know how systems really behave.

It's an established, well - run site that needs someone to take ownership of the electrical and instrumentation function and quietly make it their own.

As E&I Manager, you'll lead a team of 14 across Electrical and Instrumentation, with two working supervisors beneath you. You'll report into the Head of Engineering, set the direction, keep things moving and stay visible on site... present and trusted.

The site operates in a regulated environment. Structured, but practical. And they know they're unlikely to find someone who has done everything before.

So, if you've come up through a process or industrial environment and want to build that knowledge further, you'll be supported to do it properly.

You are an instrumentation expert first, qualified to at least HNC level. That part matters.
You've led teams before, and you're comfortable dealing with external bodies when needed.

You fully understand flow, level, pressure, and temperature. You're an expert with PLC and HMI's to program when needed.

You've managed contractors, CMMS systems and delivered projects that have made a difference.

More than anything, you're an E&I Manager who leads people well... you like being on site, you back your team and you set standards clearly.

What you get as E&I Manager

From £55,000 ( Negotiable based on experience )
Monday to Friday, days only
25 days holiday plus bank holidays
Paid sick scheme, life assurance and pension
A team ready for direction

This is a long-term E&I Manager role. A place to settle and shape things properly.

The interview process is straightforward, too.
An initial online chat, followed by a site interview and visit.
