A well‑established UK manufacturer is seeking a Multi‑Skilled Maintenance Engineer with a strong electrical background to join their flagship Heywood facility. Role Overview
Carry out both planned and reactive maintenance to maximise OEE, minimise downtime, and enhance equipment reliability
Work closely with engineering colleagues, production teams, and other departments to ensure smooth operations
Maintain exceptional health & safety standards and promote safe working practices
Identify improvement opportunities and support the implementation of process enhancements
Contribute to ongoing engineering and improvement projects
Skills & Experience Required
Time‑served Electrical Maintenance Engineer
Experience within Food, FMCG, Packaging, or similar fast‑paced industrial environments is highly desirable
Comfortable working in a busy, high‑demand setting
