Role: Electrical Design Engineer Location: Kent (Hybrid) Rate: circa £500 p/day - Outside IR35 (Depending on experience) Duration:6 months+/ongoing Sector: Water

Carrington West are working with a leading Design & Build Contractor who are delivering major design schemes within the water sector from their office in Kent. We are looking for a Electrical Engineer with a Water sector background who has experience in detailed design and is able to assist the business with design review and submission.   At present, the business has opportunities  at the Engineer and Senior Engineer level where you can add  value assisting in the key design reviews for Wastewater Treatment Projects on behalf of Water authorities and their AMP projects nationwide.

Requirements:

·Experience in the full cycle of project design delivery from inception to detailed design. ·Able to take responsibility for leading small projects and sub tasks from a technical perspective. ·Knowledge and experience of design of one, or more, of the following: oWater treatment works oWastewater treatment works oPotable water networks, pumping stations and reservoirs oExperience of working within multidisciplinary teams, and able to provide technical mentoring to Graduate Engineers and technicians. oExcellent communication skills and able to represent in a client facing roles oKnowledge of Safety ...
